Applications to City of Mississauga’s Live Music Grant are now open. The grant provides up to $2,500 towards concerts in 2025. Applicants must be operating on a for-profit model and can be based anywhere. Concerts must take place in Mississauga and feature a minimum 50% local acts. This grant provides up to $2,500 to support concerts happening in Mississauga in 2025. Concert presenters from outside Mississauga may also apply. Concerts must feature a minimum of 50% Mississauga-based acts.
The grant is open to for-profit concert presenters, including artists, venue operators, promoters, bars, restaurants, and other potential music event hosts.
New applicants must attend a virtual info session. Two sessions are available:
- Thursday, March 6 from 12 to 1 p.m. Register online
- Wednesday, March 26 from 6 to 7 p.m. Register online
All grant applications must be submitted online through the City’s grants portal.
The deadline to apply is Friday, March 28, 2025, at 4:30 p.m.
